Meet The Attorney
Richard Batelman is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey. Mr. Batelman graduated from Baruch College with a B.A. in Psychology and Rutgers University School of Law – Camden with a Juris Doctor degree. He served as a notes editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Public Policy, was a participant of the Hunter Moot Court, and is a member of the American, New York, and Brooklyn Bar Associations. Mr. Batelman is an adjunct professor at St. Francis College and an adjunct professor of paralegal studies at Long Island University- Brooklyn Campus, and also serves on the program’s admissions and faculty advisory committees. He takes great pride in providing the highest quality of professional service, while remaining attentive and thoughtful of his clients’ objectives.
